Continue the Tradition of Excellence! Make a contribution today to one of the following Alumni funds:
The primary focus of the Alumni is the granting of substantial scholarships for the continuance of higher education for deserving students who represent Pine Tree High School in a positive manner and who have contributed to their school and community. Scholarship awards are determined by the Alumni Affairs Scholarship Committee with recommendations from school personnel. A contribution to the Alumni Scholarship Fund is a very tangible way to say, "Thank You" to Pine Tree High School.
In honor of classmates who have passed away, this scholarship has been established by the Pine Tree High School Class of 1979. With the purpose of assisting with continuance of higher education, the Class of 1979 Memorial Scholarship will be awarded each spring to a graduating PTHS senior. Recipient(s) and value of annual award(s) to be determined following PTISD guidelines & recommendations from PTHS personnel.
The PT Class of ‘99 is committed to ensuring academic success for future PT students as well as for the teachers and school that help make that happen. In 1999, the Senior Class donated a marquee to the high school, and today they are continuing that tradition of giving back by creating the PT Class of ‘99 Endowment Fund.
The Jack B. England Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by the Band Kids Forever (BKF) in 2006, in memory of their beloved band director, Jack England. Funding for the scholarship comes through BKF's annual "Can't Stop Lovin' You" Homecoming Tailgate Party for all former Pine Tree students, teachers and staff. The $1,500 scholarship is awarded at the spring concert to an outstanding graduating senior band student with plans to continue his or her music education in college.
