The Pine Tree Alumni Association was established in 1991 and is a 501 © 3 nonprofit organization. The purpose of the PTAA is to maintain an organization of alumni, faculty, and friends of the Pine Tree Independent School District and support the school through creation of a scholarship fund and of other means to promote fellowship. The primary focus has been the granting of substantial scholarships for the continuance of higher education. These scholarships are intended to recognize deserving students who represent Pine Tree High School in a positive manner and who have contributed to their school and community. Alumni Association dues are $10.00. A portion of those dues goes toward the scholarship fund.
